When I came into the office, the staff asked my name, did something on the computer and that was it. After 2 hours and asking them why it's taking so long, they told me I never signed in. I think it's a good idea to tell a patient to sign in and especially when I asked 4/5 times why it's taking forever. …read more

Dr Micic was very welcoming, knowledgeable and informative. She took the time and did a thorough medical history for my child and family and recommended further testing. She did not judge my child. She made my child feel very comfortable and I appreciate that. The only complaint is her front desk staff , they were not welcoming, as a new patient they did not smile, I saw one on the internet shopping and over heard them talking about another employee, so they just need a little front desk etiquette.
