Loved doctor but was very frustrated that I used zocdoc for making the appointment and the office had NO record of me and told me I should have called! I looked at all of my emails and no where did it say to call AND I showed the confirmation to the office person and she said yeah you still should have called! WHY??????? additionally i did all the required forms down to taking a picture of my insurance card on zococ and they made me redo them all by hand in the office even though I had a print out of the forms from zocdoc too! They made me hand write their forms AND it was all the same questions but they would not accept they typed form which makes NO sense! Very very frustrating but I really liked the doctor! I will not use zocdoc again because of this experience but that is a shame because it seems good …read more
