I’m Addie Segal, an occupational therapist based in Hoboken with a clinical doctorate from Boston University and more than seven years of experience in neurocognitive rehabilitation and adult mental health. I also serve as an adjunct faculty member at Kean University.
My practice focuses on helping adults with ADHD improve daily functioning, executive skills, and overall quality of life. I am certified in the Cog-Fun protocol, an evidence-based intervention that has shown meaningful results in research and has been widely used abroad.
