The session was good but for how much money it is the office did not send over the proper paper work before hand so 1/4 of the session was spent filling out consent forms which took away from being able to be evaluated.

I started working with the practice individually and I was so happy with the service and the progress I have made that we started coming in for couples counseling. She uses the Gottman method which is really helpful and gives us real life tools that is changing our marriage as well.
I could not be happier with my experience. I feel supported while I am dealing with some really hard stuff. My history of trauma has made it difficult for me to open up to anybody and I have been able to do so here. Thank you.
This is my safe space. Somewhere where I know whatever I need to explore is ok (no matter how bad it is). I have felt anxious my whole life and I feel like I am beginning to see a light on the other side the tunnel. It is not easy and not always fun, but I keep doing the hard work to start improving my life even if only in baby steps.
Thank you for taking away all the pain submitting insurance for me directly. All I do is come to therapy. My experience with this practice has been life changing. Thank you.
