Gloria Chi became a Licensed Master Social Worker in October 2025. She completed her master’s degree in social work at Aurora University in May 2025. Throughout her internship at Brooke Marlin Psychotherapy from September 2024 – May 2025, Gloria utilized play therapy with children. During her internship at Mental Health Providers of Western Queens from January 2024 – August 2024, Gloria worked with adults who had Medicaid and mental health challenges. In May 2026, Gloria expects to complete the Adult, Child and Adolescent Fellowship for Psychoanalysis. She has received the President’s Volunteer Service Award annually since 2021. Gloria incorporates a holistic view of the lives of her clients. Gloria works from a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach as well as utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a modality. She is committed to providing a safe, empathetic, and curious therapeutic environment for diverse clients. Gloria meets clients where they are at. She validates their thoughts and feelings. Gloria is fluent in Chinese and conversational in Spanish.
