I believe in working on treatment strategies that can be the foundation for long term success, rather than working on quick fixes. I want to understand who you are and what is important to you, so that we can work on a strategy that meets your needs and helps you live the life that you want to live. I tailor my psychotherapeutic approach to the individual, and focus medication management on long term improvement.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My initial focus is to get a comprehensive history about your life, starting from your childhood all the way to the present. I am interested in your family dynamics, your professional life and your social life. Getting to know you as an entire person helps me to understand where you come from and where you would like to go. I will then give you my professional opinion and ask for your input about my opinion, with the goal of together coming to a treatment strategy that works for you.
