“Alanah is so amazing! I had a shoulder impingement on my left side and tennis elbow on my right arm from over use and working out and both injuries were affecting my day to day routine. Alanah recognized both injuries right away and gave me daily exercises and stretches. She also made a splint for my tennis elbow. A few weeks later the pain in both injuries has gone down a lot! My range of motion is better in my shoulder and the splint has helped my tennis elbow soooo much! I can’t recommend Dexterity Hand Therapy and Alanah enough! ”
