Perhaps it’s a traumatic experience in your history, unhelpful patterns in your relationships, or undiagnosed ADHD or mood disorders keeping you stuck. Maybe it’s just small things, things that you can’t even put your finger on, making you wonder—what is wrong? As an experienced clinician, I am convinced that we are all worthy, and it is only through developing that loving relationship with ourselves that we can truly feel worthy. When we learn how to like ourselves, how to LOVE ourselves, our relationships deepen, our sleep improves, and we are more able to take those essential steps to live our best life.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and over a decade of practice experience in trauma and its effects on our relationships, our work, and our selves. LCSWs are trained to provide mental health treatment for a variety of life experiences, with an understanding of how our society impacts your well-being and your choices to make life better. I can help you address issues in your mood, your relationships with loved ones, even your sleep and your management of chronic disease from my work as a mental health clinician integrated into primary care. I’ve found particular joy in helping those in caring professions, but I believe that everyone should have access to high-quality, supportive, and insightful therapy services.
