The doctor was very short and quick with treatment didn’t really specify or explain any specific pain points or reason for my visit. He just did a very general service. Didn’t elaborate or explain much of anything he was doing. The office said they accepted my insurance however my insurance is showing the doctor is out of network and I may end up paying for this service. Not great communication or explaining benefits. I would not come back.

Dr. Roit has earned another loyal patient. His receptionists and himself were my first points of contact. There was no wait time since the paperwork was done while your back is being warmed in preparation for the an adjustment. He was quick & efficient without making me feel rushed. After doing acupuncture with Miriam, I felt like I had walked out of a spa. I’d definitely recommend seeing them!

I wasn’t sure what to expect on my first visit however by the end I was extremely happy to have so much pain relief in just my first session! I didn’t have to wait to be treated. I was seen right away. The staff is extremely professional and very kind. I love the fact that Dr. Roit explains everything he is doing to help with the pain relief. He is also very caring!
