What should a new client know about working with you?

I also specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, panic disorders, personality disorders, and eating disorders. I integrate CBT and DBT to support you in developing coping strategies, managing intense emotions, and reshaping negative thought patterns. For eating disorders and borderline personality disorder, these techniques offer a structured way to build self-regulation and find healthier ways of thinking. My experience leading DBT groups has shown me how powerful these skills can be in helping clients navigate overwhelming emotions and cultivate lasting change. With a background across diverse settings—from high schools and outpatient clinics to group homes—I’ve supported children, adolescents, adults, and couples at all stages of life. My hands-on experience with institutions like NYU’s IVDU Boys' School and Bleuler Psychotherapy Center has honed my strengths-based, client-centered approach. Together, we’ll focus on your unique strengths and values, building resilience and creating a foundation for lasting progress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our sessions, you’ll find a comfortable, non-judgmental space where you can address life’s complexities with confidence. We’ll work collaboratively to set achievable goals, and I’ll provide you with the tools and strategies to keep making progress between sessions. Therapy is your space to feel empowered, overcome challenges, and create a future that aligns with your values.
