About Dr. Alexandra Rudenga
Dr. Rudenga was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. She earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Northwest, after which she completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Trine University in Fort Wayne, IN. Alex has a passion for providing education and treatment to athletes and individuals of all levels to decrease the overall instances of repetitive injuries to their bodies. She is dedicated to helping people get back to the things they love and live their lives unhindered by pain. Her special interests include manual therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injury prevention, and neurodynamics. She is an ACE Certified Running Gait Analyst and holds additional certifications in Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction Training, and Functional Movement Taping.

Only had 1 appointment with Alex so far but it’s pretty clear how knowledgeable she is. I’ve worked with a few other clinics in the past and at this point I have the utmost confidence in Alex.
She was good at explaining things, quick to identify next steps, and just overall is a very nice person.
