I offer a safe, inclusive, and non-oppressive space to help create an honest, and equal client-therapist relationship. I believe that therapy is far from “one size fits all” and should be tailored to each client's experience. Therefore, I aim to have highly collaborative and client-centered sessions; where I am open to learn about your individual experience and aid you in discovering yourself and pursuing personal goals.
Modality & Approach
My approach is always from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens. I use an integrative and holistic approach to sessions, to adapt to your individual needs. At the base of my work, the approaches I use the most oen are psychodynamic and humanistic, and I oen use techniques from CBT, DBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?
Every morning I make myself a hot cup of coffee and plan out my day. Keeping an organized mind, space, and plan for the day helps my mental and emotional well-being immensely!
