When we’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally disconnected, we tend to rely on whatever internal tools we’ve picked up along the way. Some serve us well, while others may need an upgrade. Therapy offers the space to examine those tools with curiosity and compassion. Together, we can make sense of where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you want to go, with the ultimate goal of helping you live a fuller, more connected, and authentic life. My approach is relational, warm, and collaborative. It is grounded in the belief that no two people are the same, and neither is the path to healing. I work to create a space that feels emotionally safe and deeply human, where you can show up as you are and feel supported in your growth. My specialties include working with relationships and intimacy, family dysfunction, life transitions, anxiety, and complex trauma. I completed my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University. I take an integrative approach, and combine approaches such as Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Together, while striving for self-compassion and challenge, we’ll explore how past experiences shape present patterns and we’ll work to shift the ones that no longer serve you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, life changes, or just trying to feel more at home in yourself, I aim to offer a therapeutic space that’s supportive, empowering and real. While I’m not in the therapy I enjoy running (I am a proud NYC marathon finisher!), spending time with friends, listening to my favorite podcast, and reading!
