My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I draw from cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches while staying flexible and responsive. I don’t push for insight or change before it’s ready; instead, we slow things down, make sense of your internal experience, and take steps forward that feel manageable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re unsure where to begin. My goal is to offer a steady, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, but where the work still feels intentional. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, attentive therapist, we can explore whether we’re a good fit.
