Through my counseling practice, I hope to cultivate authentic, caring, and valued connections for all clients in order for them to build meaningful relationships that thrive. As a cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based, solution-focused, and EMDR trained therapist, I use simple, evidence-based approaches to help clients recognize, accept, investigate, and nurture their own growth and development.
Additionally, I am person-centered, meaning I honor my client’s stories by meeting them where they are and helping them find their own solutions to their challenges. My end goal is to help individuals develop awareness of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors in order to become strong and resilient.
In my nine years of being a Professional School Counselor, I have worked with many students and families from all walks of life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I look forward to helping all individuals, regardless of age or gender, navigate their unique path toward understanding, accepting, and healing.
