Such challenges include adjustment and transition challenges, school-related issues, behavior challenges, parenting assistance, work-related issues, divorce, grief, trauma, and other family and personal problems. Allison believes that one size does not fit all. She has training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy. Outside of work, Allison enjoys cooking, reading, gardening, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family.
