With a Master's in Social Work from the University of Utah and over 20 years in the mental and behavioral health field, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to help you find what works for your unique struggles. Using ACT, EMDR, attachment-lens, and other values-based and trauma-informed techniques, along with personal and professional experience with ADHD, OCD, anxiety, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and perfectionism, I understand how to help you understand you! Whether you are a struggling teen, perfectionistic college student, stressed-out parent, unfulfilled employee, or just feeling unsure how to be the person YOU want to be, I'm excited to work with you! After booking, Tava Health will text and email you a link to complete registration and join your video therapy session. Once registered, you'll be able to log in to Tava to join your session, book additional sessions, and message your therapist. Appointments are for talk therapy over video. This therapist cannot provide medication prescriptions, emotional support animal (ESA) letters, or immigration psychological evaluations.
