I am deeply passionate about supporting children through the therapeutic process. I specialize in helping children navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, social challenges, and difficulty adapting to change. I utilize a non-judgmental, person-centered, collaborative, and compassionate approach to counseling.
As a former school social worker working primarily with twice-exceptional (2e) youth, I will advocate for you or your child in the school setting, as well as provide parenting support. I believe in incorporating parents and families into the therapeutic process to provide the most holistic and supportive care for my client.
