I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 30 years of psychotherapy experience and a strong medical background.
I work with older adolescents, adults, and seniors, offering warm, practical, evidence-based care.
A central focus of my practice is women’s mental health and hormonal transitions — including fertility care, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. I help clients understand how these shifts can affect mood, relationships, body image, concentration, and overall wellbeing.

• Women’s mental health (pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, perimenopause and menopause)
• Fertility care and support for those navigating fertility challenges and family-building options, including IVF and other assisted reproductive treatments
• Anxiety, overwhelm, isolation, depression, grief, anger, and life stress
• Health concerns, chronic Illness, caregiving, companion care and aging
• Life transitions (higher education, career changes, divorce, retirement, empty nesting, “what’s next” stages)
• Self-esteem, relationship patterns, attachment, and feeling stuck
• Couples therapy and Fair Play parenting coaching (communication, connection, and balance at home)
I hold advanced training and certifications in Perinatal Mental Health, Counseling , Reproductive Mental Health Counseling and Menopausal Mental Health. Clients often appreciate my direct, authentic style and my personal experiential understanding associated with fertility challenges and mood changes during fertility treatments, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause and caregiving.
Many clients experience meaningful symptom relief and increased self-compassion early in treatment. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions and tailor therapy to your specific goals. I am an Out of Network provider and can submit claims to your insurance for you to be reimbursed if you have OON benefits. Let's talk!
