Hello, I'm Angela. Are you struggling in your relationships? Do you have a high-conflict coparent? Are you finding it difficult to balance blending your family, whether with a new spouse, an ex, or children adapting to the new dynamic? Are you challenged in your role as a stepparent? Have you experienced infertility, loss, or postpartum depression? Or are you having difficulty adapting to your new role as a parent?
I help individuals find balance and peace in their situations, reducing anxiety, depression, and the grief that often accompanies life-stage changes and relationship issues. We will integrate talk therapy, communication, and mindfulness skills to help you find peace in your situation.
If you're struggling with overwhelming feelings, relationship challenges, or recurring anxiety and depression, you don't have to face it alone. I'm here to support you. While starting therapy may seem intimidating, it's a brave and positive step toward your well-being. During our sessions, I'll approach you with empathy—and sometimes humor—and utilize proven techniques tailored to your unique situation.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to guide you through these challenges with compassion and expertise.
