Psychotherapist
TX
I provide a warm, nurturing, & faith-honoring space for young adults & moms who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, & major life transitions. I specialize in supporting individuals who often carry the emotional weight of expectations, responsibilities, & caregiving-while quietly struggling to care for themselves. For young adults, therapy can be a place to process academic pressure, identity development, faith questions, relationship challenges, & the emotional overwhelm that often comes with stepping into adulthood. For moms, I offer compassionate support through the emotional shifts of motherhood, postpartum adjustment, self-doubt, & the desire to remain grounded in both faith & self-care. My approach gently integrates Christian & Catholic values for those who wish to include faith as part of their healing journey, honoring the mind, body, & spirit. Whether you're seeking calm amid racing thoughts, relief from emotional heaviness, or a renewed sense of purpose & confidence, I walk alongside you with empathy, understanding, & encouragement. Together, we'll navigate the tides of life & create space for peace, healing, & renewal. I welcome you to begin your journey toward finding your own mental oasis-even in the midst of life's waves. ?? *Sessions are available in English & Spanish.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
