My name is Tiffany Pangarakis, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas. I earned my bachelor’s degree in social work from Stephen F. Austin State University in the fall of 2016. I then obtained my master’s degree in social work from Texas State University in 2018. I worked as a medical social worker in the hospice setting for over four years before deciding to expand my client population. I currently provide evidence-based psychotherapy to a wide variety of populations, including adolescents and adults of all ages. I specialize in treating clients experiencing symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), as well as a variety of personality and adjustment disorders.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
