“Angelica Symonette is wonderful! This is my daughter's second spring in PT as a result of a soccer injury. Angelica is a terrific listener. She's sensitive to my daughter's pain, descriptions of what's bothering her, and my daughter's hopes and goals all while my daughter's itching to get back to sports. As a result Angelica has helped my daughter to plan tasks that she can engage in safely to be part of her various activities as well as what to avoid so that she doesn't get hurt. Angelica also clear in her communication about what my daughter should do in session and for homework. She seems to have a great deal of expertise and to this uninformed parent designs exercise sequences that are purposeful. We are very grateful to Angelica for all of her help, empathy, listening, and clear communication. THANK YOU!!!”

About Angelica Symonette
My interest in physical therapy peaked during my freshman year of my undergraduate studies after my mom hurt her back and she was treated by a physical therapist. Her reports of her experience were exciting and watching her recover from her pain was encouraging. At that time, I knew that I wanted to help others in that same way. During PT school, I completed a clinical rotation at a Professional Physical Therapy and really enjoyed using my clinical and didactic skills to help patients. Seeing patients reach their goals is extremely rewarding!
When I'm not in the clinic, I enjoy reading, baking, and being with my cat. I've recently started hiking, so the verdict about whether I enjoy it is still out!
