I would highly recommend Anna. Excellent. Anna took plenty of time to listen carefully to what my issue was. She asked me lots of relevant questions and used manual therapy able to figure out what was causing the pain. Every session is different and she gives me exercises which are varied and possible to do easily at home so I continue the physical therapy at home each day.

A quality visit to address a range of nonspecific low back pain. The hr long visit is the perfect mix of stretches/exercise which always leave me feeling better than when I arrived

Anna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology at Marquette University (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where she graduated with honors. Throughout college, Anna spent her time helping clients achieve their fitness goals as a personal trainer. She also participated in physical therapy care at her school’s pro bono clinic.
Anna has completed inpatient and outpatient physical therapy clinical rotations in Waukegan, IL, Jacksonville, FL, and Spring Park, MN. Her experience focused on outpatient orthopedics, sports, neurology, geriatrics, and inpatient acute care. Anna grew up playing competitive soccer and understands the importance of movement on everyday living. Anna’s training also consisted of a strong background in exercise and manual therapy that provides a more hands-on approach to treating her patients. As a physical therapist, she works together with her patients to identify goals and create a treatment plan to help her patients get back to doing what they love doing.
In her free time Anna enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family. Anna loves to stay active by doing yoga, pilates, weight lifting, and any outdoor activities! She looks forward to exploring New York City and everything the city has to offer.

ANNA TAILORS EACH SESSION SPECIFICALLY TO MY PARTICULAR STRENGTH, WEAKNESS AND PAIN EACH TIME, ADJUSTING MY THERAPY TO MATCH MY ABILITY FOR THAT PERIOD. SHE CREATES AN EXERCISE REGIME I CAN REPLICATE AT HOME AND CONSIDERS ANY CHALLENGES I HAVE WITH THAT. SHE REMAINS FOCUSED NOT ONLY ON MY RECOVERY BUT ON MY FITNESS & ATHLETIC GOALS BEYOND RECOVERY.
