I work with clients and families (online or in-person) by supporting them during difficult times when they feel ready for change. I believe each person is capable of personal growth. My role is to partner with you in discovering and developing these qualities and skills, guiding you toward a more rewarding and balanced life. Over time, my goal is for you to use the skills learned to manage targeted changes with greater ease and resilience. I also believe in the therapeutic benefits of connecting with nature through Walk & Talk therapy, using outdoor elements as our "office" space.
Trained in Adventure Therapy and holding a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lubbock Christian University, I am excited to offer outdoor therapy for those who enjoy being outside or are open to trying something new. Whether through nature walks or open-air discussions, I find the natural environment provides a soothing backdrop that supports reflection and healing. This service is available for anyone local to the San Antonio area.
