What is your typical process for working with clients?

I start by getting to know you- your experiences, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you hope will be different. Together, we’ll identify your goals and develop a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. As we continue, we’ll work collaboratively to better understand patterns that may be affecting your emotions, relationships, and daily life. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and other trauma-informed interventions. I’ll regularly check in with you about how therapy is going and adjust our approach as needed. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I want the work we do together to fit you, your goals, and your pace.
