Ashley’s intention is to show up fully for her clients. She takes a collaborative approach where you work together to develop a plan and explore strategies and tools that foster meaningful, long-lasting change. Her role is to co-create a space where you feel safe to learn, unlearn, challenge, and be challenged while developing a gentle curiosity about yourself. Ashley offers an empathetic, collaborative, and compassionate partnership in which you decide the course of your healing journey. You can expect warmth, humor, and creativity along the way. Ashley believes our mental health and well-being are profoundly shaped by our environment, especially systemic oppression and cultural biases. She would be honored to be part of your journey to living authentically according to your values. Ashley works with teens and adults and has experience supporting those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ identities.
Ashley is a dog mom to a Yorkie named Millie. They spend time walking and playing together. She also loves musical theatre, and on weekends, you can probably find her catching a local performance.
