Balancing school, sports, relationships, and expectations can be exhausting, and it is easy to lose sight of who you are in the middle of it all. Anxiety, stress, and self-doubt often creep in, making even simple decisions feel heavy. What feels most important right now is finding clarity, confidence, and a safe place to be supported while navigating these challenges. Therapy can create the grounding you need to feel more at ease and more secure in yourself.
With over ten years of experience as a middle and high school teacher, I bring insight into the pressures students face. I use integrative, collaborative, and affirming approaches to help teens and young adults manage stress, anxiety, identity challenges, and life transitions while building on their strengths.
You do not have to manage everything on your own. Whether you are struggling with pressure from school, navigating identity questions, or working through relationship challenges, I will provide a safe and judgment-free space. Together we will create a path where you feel supported, seen, and ready to grow with confidence.
