Ashley Richardson, OT

Occupational Therapist
GA
Hi! I'm Dr. Ashley, an occupational therapist and the founder of Enrich Me Therapy. I created this practice because I saw a need for adults and college students who feel overwhelmed by everyday demands but don't always know where to turn for support. My goal is to provide practical, evidence-based strategies that help you feel more confident, capable, and in control of your daily life. I specialize in working with college students and adults with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, and overwhelm. Whether you're struggling with time management, organization, planning, emotional regulation, procrastination, or creating routines that actually stick, we'll work together to find strategies that fit your life and the way your brain works. I earned my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University and am licensed to provide occupational therapy services in Nebraska, Colorado, and Georgia. In addition to owning Enrich Me Therapy, I also serve as a Lead Occupational Therapist, giving me experience supporting individuals across a wide range of needs. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and personalized. I don't believe there's a one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way, build on your strengths, and develop systems that are realistic, sustainable, and designed specifically for you. My goal isn't just to help you get through today—it's to give you the tools and confidence to thrive long after therapy ends.
