From a young age, I dedicated my life to competitive figure skating, a passion that carried me through my college years. Along the way, injuries became an inevitable part of my journey, and physical therapy quickly became a routine- and a revelation. Experiencing firsthand the transformative power of physical therapy not only prolonged my skating career but also ignited my passion for helping others overcome their own physical challenges. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware and went on to complete my Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Pittsburgh. Currently, I hold certifications in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) and Matrix-Induced Autologous Chondrocyte Implantation (MACI). I am committed to ongoing professional development and continuously advancing my expertise in the field of physical therapy.
