Therefore, I strive to provide a warm, affirming, and supportive environment.My goal is to empower you along your journey and reach your goals. I work collaboratively with you in fostering growth, helping you recognize your own strengths and internal resources, challenging you along the way, and encouraging you to learn new skills. I strongly believe that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. I specialize in providing individual therapy to adults in both English and Spanish. I also specialize in working with the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ community, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and trauma. I am passionate about helping people heal from traumatic experiences and have been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. I look forward to the opportunity of working with you and coming along on your journey.
