My approach I use an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to your individual needs, incorporating emotion-focused, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies, along with culturally informed and system-based perspectives. My focus I specialize in treating children and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, women's health issues (including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, postpartum challenges, pregnancy loss, and infertility), chronic health conditions, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions.
