I believe therapy is a space where real change can begin—when you're ready. Life can be unpredictable and overwhelming, and we all encounter moments where we feel lost, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you're processing the past or navigating a difficult present, therapy can offer support, clarity, and direction. I work with 16+ and adults who are managing depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and unresolved emotional wounds. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I’ll work closely with you to ensure the process feels relevant and supportive, but I'll also challenge you and encourage discomfort. My role is to create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, reconnect with your values, and build the tools you need to move toward a more fulfilling life. My approach is collaborative and solution-focused. I’m direct in my communication and believe in the power of self-compassion and self-determination.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I value your feedback and aim to model healthy, respectful dynamics in our work together. I'm also human and may make some mistakes that we can process together to get back on track! Above all, I want your therapeutic experience to feel meaningful and empowering. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my approach. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to practice reframing negative thoughts to start shifting in a positive direction.
