About Bianca Rivera

My Journey into Wellness: I started out as a receptionist, and eventually office manager at Washington Heights Wellness, Riverdale Holistic Center, and Women’s Holistic Center. On paper it was an admin job. But really, I was surrounded by healing every single day. I got to know the patients, heard their stories, and watched them transform through acupuncture and holistic therapies. Something about that stayed with me. Seeing someone come in hunched over in pain and leave standing a little taller, that never got old. And at some point, I realized I didn’t just want to watch that happen. I wanted to be the one helping make it happen. So, I went to school and got my license. And now here I am, a Licensed Massage Therapist who genuinely loves what she does. I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. But more than the techniques, what I care about most is making sure you actually feel seen and taken care of when you’re on my table. Everyone comes in with something different going on, and I take that seriously. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, stress that won’t quit, or you just need to decompress, I’m here for it. I’m so excited to be part of this team and even more excited to meet the people I get to work with. This is exactly where I’m supposed to be.
