About Dr. Blake Levitts

My passion for physical therapy began through my own rehabilitation journey. I competed for 10 years with the Killington Mountain School team as a nationally ranked freestyle mogul skier. In 2014, I suffered a severe humerus fracture while skiing that required emergency surgery and ended my season. After surgery, eight weeks of physical therapy, and following my home exercise program, I was able to return to competition the following season. That experience inspired me to pursue a career in physical therapy and provide the same guidance and encouragement that helped me successfully return to skiing. I believe no two patients are alike and everyone has a unique story, which is why I am committed to delivering individualized and holistic care to optimize your recovery. You can expect me to be in your corner throughout the rehabilitation process, working tirelessly to help you overcome challenges, achieve your goals, and return to the activities that are most important to you. Outside of the clinic, you can find me skiing, running, hiking, golfing, swimming, or training for endurance events such as Spartan races and marathons!
