Do you often feel swept away by your emotions in your daily life? Overwhelmed without understanding why? Perhaps you struggle with your sense of self or your social life; maybe burdens you don’t fully understand are weighing you down while others seem to make their way through life with ease. It can be exhausting trying to navigate these challenges on your own, but this is a path you need not walk alone. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that revisiting and properly tending to past wounds allows for true healing. Together, we'll delve into how your past has shaped your present, helping you understand and process emotions on a deeper level than words alone can reach. Using insight-based therapy, mindfulness, somatic techniques, and even dream analysis, we'll work to reconnect you with your inner life. Our journey will not merely help you overcome your hardships but truly heal and grow from your experiences. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University. My goal is to provide a safe haven where you can face your unique challenges. I have extensive experience helping individuals process trauma in a healthy way, navigate interpersonal relationships, and strengthen their self-image. I also offer ADHD and Autism assessments for even the most masked individuals. This journey isn’t about changing who you are at your core but rather removing obstacles that obscure that person from view. We will find and embrace your strengths and find peace in accepting your weaknesses. Let’s connect and start the path to embrace your fuller, truer self.
