Bridget: Bridget is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has experience working with clients who deal with various levels of depression, anxiety, trauma response, conditions of worth, and other concerns. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Bridget is passionate about providing support and acceptance to others within the community. Bridget is also passionate about trauma education and spreading awareness about how an experience is classified as such, as well as how to identify when one is experiencing a trauma response. Bridget has expertise in evidence-based practices, including mindfulness interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance, as well as expressive arts therapy.
