What should a new client know about working with you?

I help individuals of all ages and have a particular interest in working with culturally diverse, young adult populations. My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, somatic approaches, and trauma-informed care. Taken together, this allows us to collaboratively better understand your thoughts and feelings, identify more constructive ways of addressing challenges, and resolve present-day concerns while fostering long-term healing and growth.
