About Dr. Brittany Lavin

Dr. Brittany Lavin graduated with her B.S. in Biology from Widener University in 2017 and continued her studies there in the accelerated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program, earning her degree in 2019. During her collegiate career, Brittany was a student-athlete who successfully balanced playing sports while excelling in a rigorous academic program. She completed three years of research on Rana pipiens immune response and volunteered at the Chester Community Pro Bono Clinic, providing physical therapy services to underserved and uninsured community members. Brittany's passion for helping others developed at a young age and grew stronger when she volunteered at the Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey's (BIANJ) Camp TREK during high school. She continues to volunteer at this camp every summer and has also become involved with Camp Fatima, which offers summer respite for children with disabilities. As a physical therapist, Brittany has worked with patients across every stage of life, from her youngest patient at 27 weeks gestational age to her oldest at 103 years old. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys traveling to different countries and fostering dogs.
