“I cannot recommend CJ highly enough. Following a complex ACL and meniscus surgery from a soccer injury, I was struggling significantly. Recovery is grueling, but CJ’s professional, patient, and knowledgeable approach made it manageable.
Five weeks post-op, I was stuck at 70° ROM—well behind schedule. My surgeon warned that if I didn’t hit 90° by week nine, I would likely require Manipulation Under Anesthesia. This was incredibly stressful, but CJ stepped up immediately. He listened to my concerns, adjusted our sessions, and worked tirelessly with me.
Thanks to his expertise, we shattered the goal—reaching 120° AROM and 130° PROM by week nine—and completely avoided the need for a second surgery. I came in with a knee injury from playing too much soccer. I worked with Doctor Carmen and we worked on sport related exercises, agility drills, plyometric jumping and replicated soccer drills to make my return to the pitch much easier. Me getting injured was a blessing in disuise. Amazing person to work with.
