Catherina Park attended McDaniel College, where she played four years of collegiate volleyball. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology in 2020. During her collegiate career, she underwent post-concussion rehabilitation, which sparked a deeper understanding and passion for treating patients. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, graduating in 2023. In 2022, Catherina was awarded the Rising Star Leadership Award from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) for her scholastic ability and potential for future professional contributions. She is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT) and earned her Barbell Rehab Method Certification in 2024.
