What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in respect for your journey. Drawing on nearly two decades of clinical experience, I integrate evidence-based frameworks—including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care—to tailor our work to your goals. Whether we are addressing trauma, alcohol and substance use recovery, emotional regulation, or relationship dynamics, I provide a secure and nonjudgmental space where you can build practical coping skills and cultivate resilience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our initial session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where we discuss what brings you to therapy. We will explore your personal background, discuss current challenges, and begin identifying your goals for healing and recovery. By the end of our time together, you will have a clearer sense of direction and a collaborative roadmap for our work moving forward.
