It is a privilege to help others discover hope in challenging times, reach goals and gain new perspectives. I strongly believe in being empathic, non-judgmental and genuine as we work together on the goals for coming into counseling. I use holistic approaches with a strong emphasis on maximizing one’s strengths in session because I believe everyone has them. I enjoy seeing people gain resilience in working through some of life’s most difficult circumstances. I strive to develop a safe, trusting and supportive relationship with each client to begin working together.
I have worked with clients in community mental health, schools, and also residential substance abuse center. It is a privilege to help others work with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, grief and loss among many other issues. I work with adolescents (13+) and adults on an individual basis.
