I work with individuals, couples, groups, and families, addressing Trauma, Anger Management, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress, and Relationship challenges. I strive to be a compassionate and human therapist. I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University, which has provided a strong foundation for my clinical work. I use my experience to help guide clients in building a relationship of trust and healing. Together, we explore what is happening in the therapy session to better understand their experiences. I utilize EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Psychodynamic therapy, Supportive therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy to support each client's unique needs.
