Please have this prescription ready prior to your appointment.** I became interested in physical therapy after experiencing an athletic injury that required surgery and subsequent physical therapy during high school. I was determined to return to sports within the same year of surgery, and I worked closely with my physical therapist to reach my goals and recover fully. I chose a career in physical therapy because of the unique opportunity to work one-on-one with individuals and assist them in returning to their highest level of function. I enjoy using my knowledge of movement science and understanding of the human body to help individuals achieve their goals and decrease pain during activity. Charlotte has experience treating individuals of all ages in the areas of orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric and sport rehabilitation.
