I specialize in working with people aged 12-35 who are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and depression. I hold a Master’s in Educational Psychology from Florida Atlantic University, an EdS in School Psychology from Florida International University, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware.
I am currently seeing clients in person in my office located in Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. I also provide Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based eye-movement therapy that is usually effective after just 1-3 sessions. I offer ART to clients aged 18-99 who struggle with trauma, OCD, anxiety, and depression.
Whether you or your child struggles with vulnerability, emotional regulation, or relationships, I’m here to help you find solutions, feel all of your feelings, and teach you new strategies to put to use.
