I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Colorado who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Many people seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer seem to work.
I have experience treating anxiety disorders (generalized, performance, and social), trauma (military and civilian), depression, anger and mood dysregulation, and grief. I also support clients navigating relationship concerns, sexual identity exploration, midlife and later adulthood transitions, and sociocultural stress. While I specialize in men’s issues, I work with adults of all genders.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in both insight-oriented and practical strategies. Therapy can provide a structured space to slow down, better understand your experiences, and begin making meaningful and sustainable changes.
