Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I got the feeling like she wanted to leave our session - she was nice and courteous of course, but she essentially referred me to a different type of therapy, said bye, and a millisecond later had ended the call, 30 minutes before our scheduled end of session. So it felt very abrupt to me. Then she cancelled my next scheduled session right after our session without explicitly notifying me that she planned to do that. All that said, we had essentially finished our topic of conversation that I came in about (by referring me to another provider), so I agree that we didn't need another session, and I didn't feel the need to stay in this session any longer than I did. It just felt super abrupt.

I need someone who is looking to help my mental health, not my holistic physical health and sending me to purchase more things in order to do that.
