My passion drives me to help others through difficult times and gain back their control. I believe we all have the capability of having healthier, more satisfying relationships. That's why I chose to be a Marriage and Family Therapist. Thank you for allowing me to help.
My background is in Trauma and healing. I am trained in ART-Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I believe in forming a partnership with those in need. We all want healthier relationships, whether it be with people, food, maybe alcohol, and work! I have much experience with the LGBTQIA+ population and in gender affirming care.
I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds. Caring, compassionate, and inclusive. I have a number of years of experience and knowledge to help support clients. Understanding what the problem is and knowing what to expect can help normalize your experience and reduce stress.
