I am a licensed social worker with a strong foundation in mental health care, holding a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mercy University and a master’s degree in Social Work from Yeshiva University. I have four years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan—from children and young adults to middle-aged and older adults.
My clinical background includes working with individuals living with severe and persistent mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and dual diagnoses. I have provided care in both outpatient mental health clinics and telehealth settings, offering individual therapy, group therapy, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
I specialize in person-centered therapy, strength-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My goal is to create an empathetic, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered. Together, we will explore your experiences, address underlying challenges, and build healthy, sustainable coping strategies.
